Topmodule labeler at Foster’s Winery
Fast integration into the bottling line of a high-performance, versatile labeler for the entire wine bottle portfolio – this was the management’s stipulation at Foster's Winery in Napa California. Three Krones Topmodule labelers provide optimum efficacy in dressing the different bottles in their appropriate labels.
- Topmodule labeler
The Topmodule labelers can be fitted with up to four identical or different labeling stations, and can handle 15,000, 22,500 and 24,000 containers an hour. The individual stations are anchored to the machine’s base frame, and can be quickly and easily replaced as needed. Each of them possesses a separate drive, electronically coupled to the main drive.
Each of these three Topmodule labelers is able to dress the bottler’s entire portfolio, comprising approximately twenty different bottles, including 750-milliliter and 1.5-liter claret and Burgundy bottles.
Sophisticated high-tech inspection systems automatically reject any bottles with skewed labels, thus ensuring bottle dress of consistently high quality.
