The effectiveness of a complete line depends on numerous factors:

• the availability of individual line compo­nents,
• the output and speed of each individual machine,
• the quality of the containers produced and not least of all
• "external factors" that affect the line.

With Krones OEE (Overall Equip­ment Effectiveness), you become the master of this mass of machine characteristics. This software detects drops in the effectiveness of your line, recognises technical and or­ganisational weaknesses and shows where you must intervene to reduce machine- and process-dependent shortfalls.
