The Krones bottle gauge fixture for positioning the spender plate on pressure sensitive label stations is a convenient tool, which assists with and reduces the amount of time needed for adjustment during changeover. The fixture is precisely cut to the shape of the container, with protruding areas for the label panels that allow for correct spender plate alignment. When fitted onto the labeler the spender plate can be easily and correctly positioned at the correct height, angle and clearance position to the bottle gauge fixture. This fixture can be ordered for each handling parts setup or bottle / label combination as a simple convenient tool for infield use.
