Contiform Mechanical Settings / Maintenance

Objective
This course teaches early detection of malfunctions at the machine, thus, avoiding machine downtime.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to check and correct all important mechanical adjustments of the Contiform.

• Overview and basic rules for working with individual components of the Contiform with touchscreen
• Practical exercises in setting up the mold hanger, stretching unit, cams and heating module
• Transfer synchronization
• Proper lubrication and cleaning of the machine
