In-field Training
Dry-end equipment includes for Variopac, Wrapapac, Contipac, depalletizer and palletizer
All topics are covered in two days. Usually, Monday covers operating procedures. Tuesday covers maintenance. Sunday and Wednesday are reserved for travel.
A two and one-half-day In-depth program is also available, except for the Variopac, which can be three days.
Day One
Plant tour, safety, theory of operation, sanitation, material handling, operation of touch screen controls, changeover procedures and basic component adjustments. Instructor administers “operator” quiz and conducts, question and answer period.
Day Two
Hands-on programming of touch screen controls. Trainees work on misadjusted equipment, perform machine changeover, set-up and timing procedures, perform trouble-shooting measures, and discuss material variables, preventative maintenance procedures, and parts ordering. Instructor conducts quiz, question and answer period.
Day Three (AM)
Trainees continue work on misadjusted equipment and additional hands-on training focusing on parameter adjustments. Instructor conducts quiz, question and answer period.
