In-field Training
Contiform Blow Molder – Five-day program
Usually, Monday and Tuesday cover operating procedures. Wednesday through Friday covers maintenance procedures.
Day one – operating procedures
Safety, machine layouts and components, heating unit process technology, in feed and discharge assemblies, and blowing unit. Instructor conducts question and answer period.
Day two – operating procedures
Classroom session on touch screen, changeover procedures, lubrications, basic processing and troubleshooting procedures. Instructor administers “operator” quiz, and conducts question and answer period.
Day three – maintenance procedures
Classroom session on safety, machine layout and components, heating unit process technology, in feed and discharge assemblies, and blowing unit. Instructor conducts question and answer period.
Day four – maintenance procedures
Hands-on blow molder, touch screen, changeover procedures, lubrications, and basic processing. Instructor conductions question and answer period.
Day five – maintenance procedures
Hands-on blow molder, troubleshooting procedures, preventative maintenance, and adjustment procedures. Instructor administers “maintenance” quiz and conducts question and answer period.
Please note: Two day operator and three day maintenance training can be scheduled in separate training weeks.
