Rotina inline labeler

Rotina training can only be conducted at a customer’s facility.
Usually, the first day covers operating procedures and the second day covers maintenance.

Day One
Plant tour, safety, theory of operation, sanitation, container and label handling, operation of touch screen controls, changeover procedures and basic component adjustments.  Instructor administers “operator” quiz and conducts question and answer period.

Day Two
Hands-on machine, trainees perform machine changeover procedures, set-up and timing procedures, adhesive station adjustments, label basket adjustments, transfer component adjustments, troubleshooting measures, and discuss material variables, preventative maintenance and parts ordering.  Instructor administers quiz and conducts question and answer period.
