Rondella in-line for hot-melt, cut and stack labels

All topics are covered in two days. Usually, Monday covers operating procedures. Tuesday covers maintenance. Sunday and Wednesday are reserved for travel.

Day One
Plant tour, safety, theory of operation, sanitation, container and label handling, operation of touch screen controls, changeover procedures and basic component adjustments. Instructor administers “operator” quiz and conducts question and answer period.

Day Two
Hands-on container and label handling components. Trainees work on misadjusted labeler, perform machine changeover, set-up and timing procedures, perform troubleshooting measures, and discuss material variables, preventative maintenance procedures, and parts ordering. Instructor conducts quiz, question and answer period.
