Filler

All topics are covered in two days. Usually, Monday covers operating procedures. Tuesday covers maintenance.
Note: In-depth electrical training is available upon request.

Day One
Plant tour, safety, theory of operation, sanitation, container handling, operation of touch screen controls, CIP, operator responsibilities, filler/crowner – capper process, piping and control process, changeover procedures and basic component adjustments. Instructor administers “operator” quiz and conducts question and answer period.

Day Two
Hands-on filling valve simulator at Krone Inc, hands-on Filler at customer’s facility. Trainees view filling valve/crowner – capper operation videotape. Instructor demonstrates valve disassembly and rebuilding, troubleshooting techniques, and preventative maintenance. Instructor administers quiz and conducts question and answer period.
