Sleevematic labeler for full-body sleeves

All topics are covered in three days.  Usually, the first and second day covers operating procedures and the third day covers maintenance.

Day One
Plant tour, safety, theory of operation, sanitation, container and label handling, operation of touch screen controls, changeover procedures and basic component

Day Two
Hands-on programming of cut controller. Trainees work on misadjusted labeler, perform machine changeover, set-up and timing procedures, component adjustments, basic troubleshooting measures, and discuss material variables, basic preventative maintenance procedures, and parts ordering.  Instructor conducts question and answer period.

Day Three
Trainees continue working on misadjusted labeler, in-depth component adjustments, fine tuning procedures, troubleshooting measures, and preventative maintenance procedures. Instructor conducts quiz, question and answer period.
