    In-field Training

    Canmatic labeler for hot-melt cut and stack labels

    All topics are covered in two days. Usually, Monday covers operating procedures. Tuesday covers maintenance. Sunday and Wednesday are reserved for travel. A two and one-half-day In-depth program is also available.

    Day One
    Plant tour, safety, theory of operation, sanitation, container and label handling, operation of touch screen controls, changeover procedures and basic component adjustments.  Instructor administers “operator” quiz and conducts, question and answer period.

    Day Two
    Hands-on programming of temperature controls.  Trainees work on misadjusted labeler, perform machine changeover, set-up and timing procedures, perform trouble-shooting measures, discuss material variables, preventative maintenance procedures, and parts ordering.  Instructor conducts quiz, question and answer period.

    Day Three (AM)
    Trainees continue work on misadjusted labeler and additional hands-on training.  Instructor conducts quiz, question and answer period.
