Project Coordinator, Electrical Quality Control

Krones Inc., a world leader in the manufacture of high-speed packaging equipment, has an opening for an Electrical Quality Control Project Coordinator in our Quality Control Department.
This position will have you performing a variety of duties including but not limited to:

Experience / Education requirements:

• Evaluating and testing new or rebuilt electrical equipment and systems and developing procedures to verify that equipment functions according to user requirements and conforms to establishment guidelines
• Providing technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered before, during, and after construction.
• Collaborating with electrical engineers and other manufacturing personnel to identify, define, and solve process problems.
• Setting up and operating test equipment to evaluate performance of parts, assemblies, or systems under simulated operating conditions, and record results.
• Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical instruments or testing equipment
• Conducting inspections for quality control and assurance programs, reporting findings and recommendations
• Drawing or modifying diagrams and writing engineering specifications to clarify design details and functional criteria of industrial control systems
• Evaluating engineering proposals, shop drawings and design comments for sound electrical engineering practice and conformance with established safety design criteria, industry standards and recommend approval or disapproval.
