Optimisation of Linear Rejection Unit at Sekamat, Checkmat and Inspectors
Benefits to You:
Reduced malfunctions (jammed pusher, jammed containers or inaccurate pusher assignment) via four retrofit modules
Following improvements will be achieved:
- Low push rods prevent from rods getting blocked through objects on the rods like fallen-over containers or glass fragments.
- The open design of the linear assembly at the first lane (at continuing conveyors) with collecting bin instead of rails prevents from containers jamming.
- The pusher control via IRIS or DART prevents from malfunctions because a defined rejection of the containers is provided via exactly assigned pushers.
- Two or three overlapping P.E. sensors with IRIS/DART control allow for fallen-over containers to be rejected to the first channel.
