• Low push rods prevent from rods getting blocked through objects on the rods like fallen-over containers or glass fragments.
• The open design of the linear assembly at the first lane (at continuing conveyors) with collecting bin instead of rails prevents from containers jamming.
• The pusher control via IRIS or DART prevents from malfunctions because a defined rejection of the containers is provided via exactly assigned pushers.
• Two or three overlapping P.E. sensors with IRIS/DART control allow for fallen-over containers to be rejected to the first channel.
