Noise Reduction for the Extractions System in the Contiform Blow Moulder

Following improvements will be achieved:

• Silencers at the extraction system reduce the noise emission of the oven.
• Reduction of noise emission by approx. 3 dB, with the extraction system as loudest sound source.

Price *
2,046 € per silencer. Required: 1 unit per extraction. The number of silencers depends on the machine type: S8/14 - per 2; S16/24 per 4; S28 - 6. (without travel expenses)

Installation with minimum production loss
Required time for the conversion is approx. 4 hours per extraction, which can be performed by your own mechanics. The conversion can also be performed by the krones service staff in connection with a general overhaul or a parts repair, or during a non-production time, or if an on-site service visit is scheduled.
