Preform Ejector for the Oven of the Contiform Blow Moulder

Detection and ejection of preforms which are not precisely positioned or that are deformed before they enter the oven infeed

Following improvements will be achieved:

• Improved production because the oven will be emptied after the detection and ejection of faulty preforms without changing to the EMERGENCY STOP mode.
• Minimised loss of preforms and containers due to production downtimes which are caused by faulty preforms. 
• Damage inside the machine on e.g. heating radiators, which is caused by tumbling preforms, will be prevented.
• Rejected preforms with faulty material can be returned to the manufacturer.

Price *
Device: 8,691 € plus handling part each 265 €/ preform. For all machines from 2004, there is an additional conveyor in the amount of 3,500 € for preform ejection (without travel expenses).

Installation with minimum production loss
Required conversion time: approx. 1/2 day, preferably in connection with a general overhaul or a parts repair, or during a non-production time, or if an on-site service visit is scheduled.
