Monitoring of the blowing process during the production of PET bottles and reduction of rejected bottles that are faulty on all blowing stations.

Following improvements will be achieved:

• The blowing process can be traced back for each station; this way, the individual phases (start point, pre-blowing) can be precisely adjuasted or process deviations corrected.
• Faulty blowing valves can be identified easily avoiding long downtimes.
• Incorrectly blown bottles, caused for example by large pressure fluctuations, can be identified very reliybly and removed.
• The detection of even small holes can prevent leakage in the line since the faulty bottles will be removed from the system immediately after the blowing wheel.

Installation with minimum production loss
Required conversion time approx. 1.5 – 2 days – depending on the machine size, preferably in connection with a general overhaul or a parts repair, or during a non-production time, or if an on-site service visit is scheduled.
