New handling parts for new product formats

Existing Krones lines can realise a new processing range via retrofitting new handling parts, because the service life of the Krones lines is much longer than the lifecycle of individual products. The new container shape can be processed optimally via the integration of new handling parts. In addition, Krones performs the necessary updates for the line control system. This will provide you also with a guaranteed bottling performance.

Quick Change Systems
With the new system of guidance handling parts Raptec®, the downtimes during product changes can be reduced by up to 30%. Raptec® guidance handling parts are equipped with a new chick change locking mechanism and are designed light-weight but sturdy so that they can be changed in just a few steps.

Also with the Base Quick Change system for Contiform blow moulders reducing the change-over time is in the forefront. Changing the base mould can now be done without tools and we were able to significantly increase the operating convenience.
