Krones LDS – Line Documentation System

The Krones LDS is an efficient line documentation system containing data recording and analysis functions for quick and easy recognition of the optimisation potential of a line. The integrated malfunction analysis module Downalyse KIT enables quick identification of potential weak points in the line. By removing the production downtimes according to the trouble causer principle, the effects on the main machine and key performance data such as utilisation rate, efficiency rate, and output are ascertained. Complete-coverage monitoring of the operation is made possible with recording and utilisation of production data such as operating and filling times, production and consumption data and quality parameters. Malfunction data, counter and analog values are collected and prepared so that real-time assessments and historical analyses are utilised. Decision processes and strategies of operating management are supported, with these data being forwarded to the production management level.
