From the Idea to the Design

A good container design is provident. In feasibility studies we are considering the container material just as much as the manufacturing process, the rinsing, filling, labelling, packaging, and conveyance. Only with all of the above, will a perfect container shape form.

In co-operation with you we are performing a development process which can include the following stages depending on the needs:

Design Concept

• Mutual decision for a design
• Design according to the process requirements
• Combination of technical and market-oriented requirements

Design Engineering

• Including machine specialists referring questions if the container can be processed as such
• Photo-realistic renderings and film sequence
• comparing FEM analysis

Design Validation

• Design and manufacture of a sample mould
• Test runs with sample mould, manufacture of sample bottles
• Process development with lab tests and analyses
