Enclosed pilot valves

Increasing a filler’s availability while substantially cutting the spare parts costs involved – no problems when the machine is fitted with pilot valves from SMC Pneumatik. One significant improvement here is the hygiene-friendly enclosure of the valves in a stainless steel valve control panel, which is kept under a slight overpressure, and thus permits no dirt to penetrate. This means that condensation can no longer form in the valve control panel. All fillers from the VKP, VP, VO and VOC series manufactured
before 2001 can be modified to incorporate SMC pilot valves. Example: in the case of a 100-valve filler, the financial outlay for modification will pay for itself within a mere 17 months, while the work involved takes about 3 days.
