Objective
Participants in this course will learn to perform setup for various standard bottle types.

At the end of the course, participants will be able to setup new types of bottles (standardized bottles) and maintain a consistent high level of bottle quality.

Prerequisite: Operator Training course

Content

• Basic knowledge of PET, preform production and the stretch blow-molding process
• Overview of process-critical factors
• Quality criteria based on preform and bottle specifications
• Practical exercises with the machine for setting up new bottles
