Dart and Checkmat / Detection Systems
Series 707, 731, 752, 776, 707-FM and preform inspection
All topics are covered in two days, usually Monday covers operating procedures, Tuesday covers hands-on machine. Sunday and Wednesday are reserved for travel. A half day program for line operators and quality personnel is also available.
Day One
Plant tour, safety, theory of operation, data backup and electrical component identification, with detailed explanations of inspection types, camera operation, parameter adjustments, and discussion on maintenance troubleshooting techniques and reject image management. A one and one-half hour tutorial on “How to Read Krones Schematics” includes component replacement and schematic navigation information. Instructor administers “maintenance” quiz, and conducts question and answer period.
Day Two
Hands-on equipment, covering software navigation, component identification, and maintenance troubleshooting screens, with live demonstrations of parameter adjustment, data backup procedures and reject image management. Bottle type changeovers and menu management are also demonstrated. Trainees discuss preventative maintenance procedures and component replacement. Instructor conducts question and answer period.
