Electrical training for labeler, filler, rinser, blow molder and dry-end equipment
All topics are covered in two to four days depending on machine options and combinations. Classroom and hands-on training is divided among all days of the program.
Day One
Plant tour, safety, schematic reading and navigation, electrical component numbering, electrical component functions and locations. Machine systems e.g. Servo Bottle Plates or Filler Valve Control. Instructor conducts question and answer period.
Day Two
Operator screen controls, parameter entry, type management, diagnostic screens, component troubleshooting and replacement, including saving and loading of parameters and initializing or “zeroing” of components and systems. Communications and PLC program overview. Instructor conducts question and answer period.
Day Three and Four
As required to expand on topics of day two for additional options or machines.
