Rinser
(Usually combined with filler training)

All topics are covered in one and one-half days. Usually, Monday (PM) covers operating procedures. Tuesday covers maintenance.

Half Day
Safety, theory of operation, sanitation, container handling, process, piping and control process, operation of touch screen controls, changeover procedures and basic component adjustments. Instructor administers “operator” quiz and conducts question and answer period.

Day Two
Hands-on rinser equipment (depending upon availability).´Maintenance trainees view videotape / rinser operation. Instructor demonstrates programming, troubleshooting techniques, adjustments and preventative maintenance.
