All topics are covered in three days during In-house training. A three day In-depth program is also available.

Day One
Plant tour, safety, theory of operation, sanitation, container and label handling, operation of touch screen controls, changeover procedures and basic component adjustments. Instructor administers “operator” quiz and conducts question and answer period.

Day Two
Hands-on machine, trainees perform machine changeover, basic set-up and timing procedures, adhesive station adjustments, pallet timing adjustments, label basket adjustments, gripper cylinder rebuilding and adjustments, basic troubleshooting measures, and discuss material variables, basic preventative maintenance procedures and parts ordering.

Day Three
Trainees work on misadjusted labeler, in-depth component adjustments, fine tuning procedures, troubleshooting measures and preventative maintenance procedures. Instructor administers quiz and conducts question and answer period.
