Contiroll Labeler for roll-fed labels

Day One
Plant tour, safety, theory of operation, sanitation, container and label handling, operation of touch screen controls, changeover procedures and basic component adjustments.  Instructor administers “operator” quiz and conducts question and answer period.

Day Two
Hands-on programming of cut controller.  Trainees work on misadjusted simulator, cutting drum, gripper cylinder, and adhesive station, perform label reel changeover, basic set-up and timing procedures, basic component adjustments, basic troubleshooting measures, discuss material variables, basic preventative maintenance procedures and parts ordering, cutting drum, gripper cylinder, adhesive station and discuss parts ordering.  Instructor conducts question and answer period.

Day Three
Trainees continue working on misadjusted simulator, in-depth component adjustments, fine tuning procedures, troubleshooting measures, and preventative maintenance procedures.  Instructor administers quiz and conducts question and answer period.
